English: Search and Rescue Soldiers and Airmen attached to Hawaii National Guard CERF-P unit assisted Maui County and State officials in the search and recovery efforts of Lahaina, August 10, 2023. Around 50 Guardsmen were mobilized on August 9th after the wildfire stuck Maui and assisted in the sweep of the affected area which will need to be completed before access can be restored to the few unaffected properties.
